What do we mean by environmental justice?

Our goal is to provide non-discriminatory access to affordable, sufficient, and quality public services for all kinds of settlements and social groups, let it be daily energy use, predictable and reliable housing, healthy environment, clean water, air, soil, stimulating public spaces, and accessible public transport. In addition, we believe that special attention should be given to vulnerable communities and excluded neighborhoods when it comes to tackling consequences of climate change.

What do we mean by socially engaged art projects?

The use of creative practices and artistic methodologies contribute to the contextualization and designing of social processes, the active involvement and participation of people affected, and make processes visible and present for a wider audience as well. Whether we raise awareness on a social problem, reframe the visual representation of poverty, or demonstrate ecological harm processes, applying a multi-sensory approach is a common feature of our social art interventions.
